Welcome to Ojay Design. Here we
have used our high street retail experience and knowledge to find
the best products around and we dedicate ourselves to putting
them all in one convenient place for you. We are an independent
company in Oxfordshire and have travelled far and wide to select
the best quality and designer products across Europe for our two
showrooms and now we�ve decided to bring them all online too.

Now for the boring stuff. To
use our wonderful online facilities, you must agree with the
following terms and conditions. We regret to inform you that if
you are not 100% happy to abide by our terms and conditions you
may not purchase from our site. Do have a look at the following
before you go ahead and purchase from us.
Payment
Making
a purchase is simple. Just browse our website and add any items
that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have
finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will
be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete
the order.
All prices are stated in �
sterling and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the
current rates and are correct at the time of entering the
information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the
price of the products ordered plus delivery charges as stated in
these terms and conditions.
When
confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we
have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract
exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and
hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have
included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has
been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods,
or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some
reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact
you first to ensure that the price is
acceptable.
We accept visa, MasterCard,
maestro and delta cards. Payment can be made by any of these
specified methods and payment will be debited and cleared from
your account prior to despatch of orders.
By purchasing from us, you are confirming that the credit or
debit that is being used is yours.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks
and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your
payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise
payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or
non-delivery.
All items remain the property of Ojay Design until paid for in
full.
Product
Description
Each Product purchased is sold
subject to its Product Description.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details,
descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are
correct at the time when the relevant information was entered
onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to
date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions
appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always
reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We
cannot confirm the price of a Product until your order is
accepted in accordance with our Order acceptance policy.
All measurements are given in centimetres and are taken from the
maximum points of measurement unless otherwise stated.
Refusal of
transaction
We reserve the right to
withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove
or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse
to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to
anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable
to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any
product from this website whether or not that product has been
sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the
website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or
suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
To be eligible to purchase products on this website and lawfully
enter into and form contracts on this website under English law
you must:
Register by providing your real
name, phone number, postal/delivery address, e-mail address,
payment details and other requested
information.
Possess a valid credit or debit
card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
By making an offer to buy a
product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information
(including any updated information) or to obtain information
about you from third parties from time to time, including but not
limited to your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to
authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to
obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise
individual purchase.
Shipping
Our standard delivery charge is
�3.95 per order on all orders to mainland UK addresses. We use
Royal Mail for the majority of our deliveries and will
occasionally use DHL. Postage for areas outside the UK mainland
will be charged at cost. These will be confirmed before any
orders are processed. Please contact us for further
details.
Purchasing from outside the UK?
If you
are outside the UK, please contact us before you place an order
for a postage quote. We will charge the delivery at cost and once
you have confirmed you are happy with the cost, we will process
the order.
Out of Stock
Items
If your item is
not in stock, please contacted us and we will endevour to notify
you when we except any specific products to be available to
you.
Delivery
Time
Stock items are normally dispatched the same or next day and
should arrive within 2-3 working days within the UK mainland. If
you any reason it is going to take longer than that, you will be
contacted and will have the option to cancel your order should
you wish. Non mainland/oversees customers will be advised by
e-mail of the likely delivery date.
Need quick
delivery?
If you need your delivery to be
guaranteed for the next day or a Saturday delivery, please
contact us and we shall do our best to help. We may need to
charge you extra delivery cost for this.
All deliveries must be signed for and any damages notified to us
within two days of receipt of delivery. Any items not received
must be advised within 14 days of the despatch confirmation
e-mail in order that this can be investigated. We will not be
responsible for any non delivered items after this time or
failure to advise us accordingly. Someone must be available to
sign for the goods during normal working hours and this person
should be known to you. We will not be responsible where the
person signing for the goods is not the person who has placed the
order/paid for the goods or the incorrect address details have
been supplied.
Delivery will take place during normal business hours Monday to
Friday. Weekend deliveries can be arranged but these will be
charged at the couriers cost over and above the standard delivery
charge.
Delivery to a work address can also be arranged but this must be
specified at the time of order and be signed for by the
purchaser.
Guarantee and
Returns Policy
Unwanted
Items
Should you change your mind
about anything you have purchased; all products come with the
option to return within 14 days of purchase. This excludes
anything you may have asked us to order especially for you.
If you wish to exercise this option you should contact us by
e-mail at info@ojaydesign.co.uk as soon as you have decided to do
so. Returns must be made in the original, undamaged packaging and
must be in the original, resalable/mint condition, to be eligible
for a refund. To avoid any responsibility of damage incurred
during the return of any items, we recommend returning the goods
by registered/insured post. We will not be liable for any loss or
damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties. Refunds
will be made once the items are received by us and a confirmation
e-mail will be sent advising the refund amount.
We reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value
of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a
condition that the item needs tobe reduced in price for
resale.
Postage costs will not be refunded. We already subsidise postage
costs and we reserve the right to withhold the full postage cost
of sending out any items. Where items have been sent but postage
has not been charged any refund will be credited, less the actual
cost of delivery.
Any postage costs incurred by
the customer when returning unwanted items will not be
refunded.
The only circumstances, by
which return postage costs will be refunded, are in the unlikely
event that the goods have arrived damaged. Please see details
below.
Damaged
Items
Damaged or missing items (i.e.
not enclosed within the delivery) must be notified to us within 2
days of receipt by e-mail or phone. All original packaging MUST
BE KEPT for inspection. We will respond and advise what course of
action must be taken in these circumstances.
Once a decision has been made
to authorise a refund due to item damage, we will also need proof
of the amount it has cost the customer to return the item to us
before refunding the return postage.
We will only refund the card from which the original payment was
made.
Your
statutory rights remain unaffected.

Privacy
Policy
Ojay Design does not disclose
buyers' information to third parties other than when order
details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this
case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any
other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site
to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store
delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your
details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.They are
also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You
can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools |
Internet Options |Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If
you turn off cookies, you will beunable to place orders or
benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected
by this site is used to:
